Behaviour and Rewards Policy KS3 and KS4

At Hinckley Academy and John Cleveland Sixth Form Centre we believe that all students have the right to learn.  No student should be denied this right because of the actions of others who steal precious learning time.  Our community is based upon the principle that if we work together, individual achievement will follow.  Working hard to reach your goals is something to feel proud of.  We expect this of Hinckley Academy students and pledge to do everything we can to encourage them to actively take up the challenges of learning. The management of student behaviour is the responsibility of all staff at all times.

This policy should be read in conjunction with the policies for Anti-bullyingSafeguarding, Uniform and Teaching and Learning.
