Pastoral Programme

Our Pastoral Team work with students and their families to offer wrap around support for our community, through strong partnerships with parents, carers and both internal and external support services, we enable our young people to achieve their full potential.

Each year group has a dedicated Pastoral Leader who will work with students in that year group outside of the classroom to ensure that we best facilitate their learning and development. Our Pastoral Team work extremely closely with our SENDCO and Director of Student Welfare and Safeguarding to ensure that all our students feel safe, happy and at home here at The Hinckley School.
